  • Account Data— name, email address, company name, and role when you register.
  • CRM Data— deal records, contact information, call metadata, and activity logs synced from your connected CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM). We access this data in read-only mode.
  • Usage Data— pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns within the platform.
  • Device Data— browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide AI-powered analytics, scoring, recommendations, and alerts based on your CRM data.
  • To deliver daily digests, notifications, and actionable insights via dashboard and Telegram.
  • To improve our AI models and platform features (using aggregated, de-identified data only).
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
  • To ensure platform security and prevent fraud.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) for hosting and data storage.
  • AI model providers for processing CRM data into insights. Data is sent securely and not retained by third-party AI providers beyond the processing session.
  • Payment processors for billing purposes.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We implement row-level security, access controls, and regular security audits. CRM connections use OAuth or API keys stored in encrypted vaults.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. Upon account deletion, all personal and CRM data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing.
  • Restrict processing or object to certain data uses.
